Order Processing
- All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
- To maintain the freshness of our Sea Moss Gel, we ship only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100.
- For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Delivery Times
- Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days, depending on your location.
Perishable Item Handling
- To ensure your Sea Moss Gel remains fresh, we use insulated packaging and may include ice packs during warmer months.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive your order promptly upon delivery to maintain product quality.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please use this to monitor your delivery.
Damaged Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
