At Tiff Under the Sea, we take pride in providing high-quality, fresh products. Due to the perishable nature of our Sea Moss Gel, all sales are final, and we cannot accept refunds or returns.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please inspect your shipment immediately and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. To assist us in resolving the issue, kindly provide:
- Photos of the damaged item.
- Photos of the packaging, including the shipping label.
We will work quickly to find a resolution.
Exclusions
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Sale items.
- Gift cards.
